Industry engagement sessions connect participants with airlines, MROs, regulators and training institutions for placements, apprenticeships and visibility.
The format is deliberately small: panels, clinics and peer circles where questions get answered properly.
Participants leave with a network, not just notes.
Mentorship
One-to-one guidance
We pair aspiring young women with seasoned aviation and engineering professionals for guidance that lasts. Mentors offer career guidance, technical insight, and the kind of long-term encouragement that changes trajectories.
Matches are made on discipline and ambition, then supported with structured check-ins so the relationship keeps its momentum. Mentors come from airlines, MROs, regulators and training institutions across the region.

Access improves when employers change how they recruit, train and retain. We work alongside partners on placements, apprenticeships and visibility. Partnership packages range from programme sponsorship to hosting a hangar day or offering internship places.
