What we do
Programmes that change trajectories
Three programmes, one aim: more women building, maintaining and leading in aviation.

Schools programme
Wild About STEM
Wild About STEM takes real aircraft components, real engineers and real experiments into classrooms, turning abstract science into something a girl can hold in her hands.
Sessions run as half-day workshops built around practical challenges: flight principles, structures, systems, and the maintenance work that keeps aircraft airworthy.
Every session ends with a conversation about pathways and the subjects to take, the schools that offer them, and the people already doing this work.

Young professionals & mentorship
Lift Up Aviation
Lift Up Aviation convenes emerging professionals for candid sessions on personal development, career growth and industry impact.
Through one-to-one mentorship matching, participants are paired with seasoned aviation and engineering professionals for guidance that lasts.
Industry engagement sessions connect participants with airlines, MROs, regulators and training institutions for placements, apprenticeships and visibility.
The format is deliberately small: panels, clinics and peer circles where questions get answered properly.
Participants leave with a network, not just notes.

In person
Events & Workshops
Hangar days put learners next to the aircraft. Career exhibitions put them in front of employers. Conferences put them in the room where the sector talks about its future.
Each event is built with an industry host so participants meet people who can open a door, not just describe one.
