Lift Up Aviation opens community membership in partnership with AWAM Kenya

Lift Up Aviation is partnering with AWAM Kenya to open community membership for young people interested in aviation, STEM and engineering.

Lift Up Aviation is partnering with the Association of Women in Aviation Maintenance (AWAM) Kenya Chapter to invite young people with an interest in aviation, STEM and engineering to apply for membership in a growing community.

This joint endeavour brings together Lift Up Aviation's professional development framework and AWAM Kenya's network of schools, mentors and industry partners to create a pipeline from classroom to career.

Membership provides a platform for students, recent graduates and early-career professionals to connect with others who share an interest in aviation and technical fields. Members will be part of a community committed to learning, professional growth and expanding access to opportunities across the aviation ecosystem.

Through this partnership, members can receive updates on mentorship opportunities, industry events, career conversations, technical learning sessions, networking activities and other initiatives designed to support their development.

The call is open to young people across Kenya who are passionate about aviation, aircraft maintenance, engineering, science, technology or related careers.
